Guarantees and Returns Policy

Buy with confidence

You can purchase from the Sax Store with complete confidence.
Once your goods are delivered, you have 10 days to decide that you definitely want to keep them.  If you decide an item is not suitable you can return it to us for a full refund, including standard delivery charges, providing you have taken good care of the goods and return them in their original packaging.
All our goods are supplied with a minimum of 1 year's warranty. If your goods develop a fault within the warranty period, we will quickly repair or replace the item for you, and if we are unable to do this we will offer you a refund.

Damaged or missing items

In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged during transit to you or are missing, please inform us within seven days of receipt and we will quickly replace the item for you free of charge.

Returning hire equipment

Hire equipment should be returned at the end of the hire period at the customers expense, using a courier service.  A pick-up service can be arranged by the Sax Store, if you require.

Packaging for Returns

Goods should be returned to the Sax Store in their original packaging. The Sax Store will not be held responsible for any damages incurred in returning goods to us. The condition of the goods will remain the customer's responsibility until goods have been booked in and assessed by the Sax Store.

Any return labels should not be placed directly on the item packaging. Please wrap any items to be returned in a protective layer and place any labels on this outer packaging.

Returns Policy

Delivery and collection charges for returned items:

For goods returned under our 10 day money back guarantee, standard delivery charges will be refunded, and we can also collect the goods from you free of charge. This offer excludes delivery upgrade options (i.e. timed and Saturday services).

If goods become defective within the first six months of your ownership we will collect the goods and deliver them back to you free of charge. After six months of ownership we may make a small charge to cover our direct costs of collecting and returning the goods.
