Remember: We offer a free first time lesson which can be taken if collecting the instrument. Alternatively, we can include a free lesson voucher when posting any instruments for use if you ever travel to Reading.

Shipping options

If you are unable to travel to Reading for the free one hour lesson, We can arrange delivery to any UK mainland address for free via DHL couriers.  Delivery to other UK addresses (islands) is £10 and European deliveries is £30. Additional delivery options are available such as before 9AM, at additional cost.

Every instrument is personally tested by Richard Wansbrough, the saxophone teacher before sending (using his own mouthpiece).  It is then packed carefully in the manufacturers original cardboard carton and any additional accessories are carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and everything is then packed in a larger box.  We sent many instruments via DHL last year and they all arrived in perfect condition.

On receipt of you order, we will contact you to discuss delivery.  You can choose a day for delivery and the most convenient address which can be your home, work, friend, family member etc.  A signature will be required upon receipt. If you are out when DHL arrive, they will leave a card and you can either call them to arrange another delivery or you can collect it from your local DHL depot.

We will e-mail you the DHL consignment number which allows you to track exactly where your parcel is on line or by phone.
